Such a lot has happened over the last few months, but hopefully we're back on track!
Last week we looked at a spinning technique - bead yarns. This week we will be continuing this theme for those who want to, but this week we will be beading directly onto one of your singles. So if you want to take part in this bring your fleece/fibres/tops, beads, a big eyed beading needle (I have some to borrow if you don't have one or can't get one in time!) and your spinning wheel.
Don't forget that you don't have to take part in a group session, but can bring your current work or project instead. We have someone Japanese Braiding and someone weaving on their Knitters Loom! We are a friendly group who encourage each other in whatever activity they are keen to try.
I've been teaching spinning, weaving and dyeing for over 25 years and have always wanted a way for the Monday Class to keep in touch with each other. So I've created this blog to enable them to keep up to date with what we are doing from week to week or month to month, at the class, or if they miss a week or two. I hope it will be useful. Please let me know!
